"Hey soul sister, I don't wanna miss a single thing you do..." so read my blog!
So the party last night wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. At first I was just like "no i'm not dancing" and I was just an awkward turtle, but my best friends(or enemies I'm not really sure at this time) pulled me out onto the dance floor. I danced until my legs gave out haha. It was a lot of fun but there was SO much drama...which is never good. I get enough of that at school without having to deal with it at parties. I've decided to have a "No Drama" party and everyone has to be chill and not complain or else they get thrown out. Personally I think that's a really good idea.
Right now, I wanna give a shoutout to my Uncle Allen in California. He's super geeky in a good way, and always reads my blog! Miss you Uncle Allen! Lovin' your comments :)
I've also been getting a lot of business for my cakes, which is always good. I'm super excited because this cake is kinda a big deal for me :) I went to work today, and Karen's gonna help me with it so we can make it as good as possible, and we'll split profits. She's such a cool boss, and so much fun to be around.
I discovered a lot of old music on my iPod and it's super catchy! OH! My friend and I in class the other day were talking about vampires and he was all "they sparkle!" and I was like "No...I'm pretty sure they eat your throat out", which made me happy cause then he just took that. It always makes me feel accomplished when I correct someone and they don't banter. It's just like "yeah that's right! take it!" *Pause for applause* <--I've always wanted a sign that says that...or maybe a t-shirt.
I think that's about it....I'll be watching you :0
Hugs and cake,
Emily
Hey "awkward turtle" - glad you got dragged out and forced to have fun. A "No Drama" party would be fun, but you would probably end up with only you and those two dogs there. And they would probably start complaining about Glenn ("He should fill our dish using his left hand. Would it kill him?").
ReplyDeleteNeed a picture of the cake once it's done.
